Both the Tender Questionnaire & Tender Form, including the cost matrix, must be fully completed as directed and returned as detailed below.

The Contracting Authority cannot accept responsibility for late submissions. It is the responsibility of the Economic Operator to ensure that its Tender response documentation has been submitted in the prescribed manner and in accordance with the specified deadline.
