New Role: Account Director

In this role, you will provide complete professional insurance services and advice to corporate and commercial clients and help us meet our new business targets.
Strong account management skills are necessary in this role, as client satisfaction and retention will be essential performance metrics.
We are seeking experienced Account Directors and Senior Executives who are confident communicators, commercially attuned and able to build and maintain professional networks in the local business community.

About The Role
Provide timely, accurate and compliant advice and customer service to a range of valuable client accounts.
Sell ABL value-added products and services, including PCL and risk management services.
Support teammates in identifying training needs and offering support, mentorship and help in achieving your team's targets and development goals
Produce MI reports and additional client insights to senior management as required.
Proactively analyse and advise on process improvement initiatives for your team and the business as a whole.
About You
You will be an established insurance professional with at least three years of experience as an account director, manager, or senior executive.
You must demonstrate a track record of success in your career to date and be willing to continue to learn and develop as part of our global firm.
We're looking for a confident communicator who is comfortable representing the company in the local business community and who comes with a professional network already established.
A CII accreditation is a distinct advantage for this role.
